Elleven the Label issues store credit notes for all returns except for items marked as Final Sale. 

We do not process exchanges or refunds at this time.

**Free returns does not equate to a refund being given. It indicates that a shipping label will be provided for you so that you can return your order free of charge. Please note free returns applies to domestic orders only.

If you would like to send in your return for a credit note, you will be credited the order value excluding any shipping costs. 

For all returns, Elleven the Label must be contacted within (14) days from the delivery date of your package for a return authorization number. 

Your return must be shipped and postmarked within (7) days from receiving your return authorization number.  

The merchandise being returned must be in original condition. Unwashed, unworn, and unused with its hangtags and hygiene liners still intact.

**Items marked as final sale are FINAL SALE and can not be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund.

Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the date they are delivered to our warehouse although it may take some more time during busy periods.

*International customers will need to send in their return at their own expense.
